Calendar connections
Connect the private iCal feed from a calendar you already use. Podcast HQ imports busy times only—never event titles—and removes those times from every podcast booking page.
Where do I find the private iCal URL?
Calendar settings → Integrate calendar → Secret address in iCal format.
Settings → Calendar → Shared calendars → Publish a calendar → ICS link.
Connect the Google or Outlook calendar Calendly writes events to. Those Calendly events then block podcast availability automatically.
